Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a process of change-work. Everyone that comes to my office wants to change something about their internal or external life, often both. Whether you want to have less of something (anxiety, sadness, doubt…) or you want to have more of something (confidence, peacefulness, trust…) Psychotherapy can be hugely helpful.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is an effective tool for creating change in habits, beliefs, and internal dialogue. In essence, anything that gets in the way of you living in JOY. We can use the state of hypnosis (focused relaxation) to heal traumas, eliminate triggers and create new habitual patterns.
EMDR Trauma Tapping
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an incredibly powerful technique for clearing out trauma. It uses a form of bilateral stimulation (alternating stimulation to the left and right side of the body) to release the traumas that are sabotaging your life and blocking your growth.
EFT
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) – EFT is an incredibly useful and easy to learn technique that clears emotional and physical blockages quickly and effectively by combining tapping on various Acupressure points around the face and torso and shifting the attention in a specific way.
The Completion Dialogues
The Completion Dialogues is my cornerstone approach to healing the deepest injury of Trauma – the separation from self that causes you to feel unseen and unmet, not good enough and alone. Using this simple and gentle approach shifts self-abandonment into complete self-acceptance experienced in all your relationships as confidence, clarity and ease.

Past Life Regression is a life changing hypnotic tool for healing trauma, releasing unhealthy and stubborn habits. Somatic Therapy
Somatic therapy is a form of body-centered therapy that looks at the connection of mind and body using both talk-therapy and the shifting of attention to physical sensations to relieve any physiological, emotional or spiritual symptom.
Mindfulness Therapy
Mindfulness is the practice of being present with your thoughts, feelings and body sensations without analyzing, judging or reacting to them. Many approaches I use have mindfulness imbedded in them. In fact, Mindfulness is used in every single session with me!
